SEOWiser provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: search engine optimization (SEO), content writing, social media marketing, and digital PR/link building. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to each client.

Free SEO Audit

Our free SEO audit is provided as a goodwill service and does not constitute a formal service contract. The audit report represents our observations and recommendations at a point in time and is provided without guarantee of results. We reserve the right to decline audit requests at our discretion.

2. Intellectual Property

Our content

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of SEOWiser and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Client work

Upon full payment of agreed fees, intellectual property rights for content, strategies, and other deliverables created specifically for a client transfer to that client, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless a client requests otherwise in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging SEOWiser services agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their business, website, and goals
• Provide timely access to necessary platforms (Google Search Console, Analytics, CMS, etc.)
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Not engage in practices that violate search engine guidelines in ways that could affect the effectiveness of our work
• Maintain payment schedules as agreed

4. No Guarantee of Rankings

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitive activity, and client website changes. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes. We do guarantee that our work will be performed professionally, ethically, and in accordance with current best practices. Any projections we provide are estimates based on available data and are not commitments.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Retainer engagements are billed monthly in advance
• Project-based work may require a deposit before commencement
• Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may result in work being paused until accounts are settled

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, data, strategies, or results to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law. We may mention your brand as a client reference unless you request otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOWiser's total liability to a client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement by providing 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• We will complete any work in progress up to the termination date
• All fees for work performed are due and payable
• We will provide a transition document summarizing work completed and ongoing recommendations
• Access credentials shared during the engagement will be revoked

9. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to use this site to:

• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Collect or harvest data from the site without permission
